Shipping Schedule

Orders will be delivered between 2 and 7 working days (working days=Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays) following the order placement.

The deliveries will take place on working days between 9am and 6pm. Our logistics partner will send you an email prior to delivery, indicating the delivery slot. Delivery time slots are four-hour-periods.

Shipping Costs

Hong Kong shipping address:

• For purchases under HKD 600, the shipping cost is HKD 80 per order
• Purchases from HKD 600 are free of shipping cost

 

For shipments that are not delivered successfully due to the provision of wrong addresses, the customer is responsible for shipping charges for both the first and thereafter delivery attempts.
